About The Role



Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.


We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help entrepreneurs and businesses discover Revolut Business and choose our platform for their financial needs.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing strategies to increase Revolut Business brand awareness and consideration among different business segments
  • Managing stakeholders across departments, and translating strategy into action to ensure every key market activation is cohesive, impactful, and on-brand
  • Working with a world-class in-house team and creative agencies to deliver ATL campaigns
  • Setting a consistently high bar for content quality across marketing assets and events, and evaluating their performance across brand and performance metrics
  • Driving accurate campaign performance analysis, leveraging incrementality and established MMM (marketing mix modeling), and continuously optimising campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Briefing and collaborating with the in-house creative team to develop on-brand assets for campaigns, events, and content initiatives

What You'll Need
  • A track record as a successful B2B brand campaign and project manager
  • Experience supporting, orchestrating, and measuring large-scale ATL campaigns and in-market brand activations
  • Creativity to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right brand ambassadors
  • Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success, including using MMM
  • A performance marketing mindset to drive user acquisition and improvements in brand metrics
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and partners
