We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical approach, who will play a key role in supporting our email marketing operations by driving ongoing customer engagement, while collaborating across teams to create personalized, high-performing content.

Requirements:

• You must have an excellent command of the English language;
• Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data;
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies;
• Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance analysis/reporting metrics;
• Basic knowledges of HTML and email marketing platforms;
• Experience with customer journey mapping and email segmentation is a plus;
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions;
• Ability to think strategically and work independently in a faced-paced environment;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

As a Email Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Create and manage email campaigns for blog content, commercial sends, product launches, and any other updates;
• Schedule, prepare, and send email campaigns to make sure they reach the right audience at the right time;
• Design and improve post-purchase email flows with automations and personalized recommendations;
• Work closely with blog editors and content writers to make sure the email content fits with the blog posts;
• Create and optimize landing pages, performing split tests through email to align with goals and drive conversions;
• Monitor blog and newsletter content to ensure alignment with the email marketing strategy, and adjust or create content as needed to support campaigns;
• Utilize basic HTML knowledge to ensure proper email formatting, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the manager and platform technicians to resolve technical problems;
• Assist in regularly cleaning and updating the email contact list to ensure the right audience is targeted;
• Prepare campaign materials across different platforms, track performance and analyze key metrics, and collaborate with the manager to improve campaign strategies and processes;
• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items;
• Identify areas for improvement in processes, campaign performance, and customer engagement, report issues and challenges to the direct manager, and proactively suggest solutions.
